Digital Marketing Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join the Bloom Farms marketing team. Our Digital Marketing Assistant will own Bloom Farms’ consumer and professional online business segments. The overall goals for this role also include optimizing conversion rate and customer engagement via social media and other applications. We are offering this role as a full time, salaried position.
Maintain and build a monthly social editorial calendar.
Create regular and unique content for use on social media in Photoshop.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social properties.
Leverage available tools and resources to encourage the engagement and growth of Bloom Farms social following by creating and maintaining an inviting community that fosters and promotes the consumer’s natural desire to share and socialize.
Publish all social media content in accordance with editorial calendar and optimal post timing and targeting for each community.
Have a passionate interest and ear for listening within all social communities to identify content gaps or negative sentiment and preemptively address consumer needs and mitigate negative publicity.
Actively seek and initiate opportunities to amplify Bloom Farms messaging in external conversations.
Identify real-time trending topics, share inspiration and initiate efforts appropriately.
Identify partnership opportunities with vendors, other businesses, media, organizations and influencers.
Create and deliver weekly social/digital results report for management review.
Act as primary contact for the dispensary partner database.
Support Senior Content Manager as needed.
Manage inbound requests for social promotion internally and externally.
Work with marketing team to help manage lead generation campaign activities and optimize campaign performance through testing and segmentation.
Photoshop - Intermediate
Illustrator - Basic
Wordpress - Basic
Mac - Proficient
Experience with a small business CRM preferred (Otraport/Fusionsoft/Etc)

Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be at least 21 years old.
